Situation
Our clients (Pharma Manufacturer, Biogen and Chemical manufacturer) started experiencing bottlenecks in manufacturing and a lack of real-time visibility into their batches during the production process. They were seeking to build a data & analytics solution to trace their Batches life cycle so they could have complete visibility into the different components across multiple manufacturing sites.
Solution
- An integrated data product/lake house for several data sources, like Manufacturing and Lab execution, Lab information management, ERP etc., was created on a cloud data infrastructure
- Leveraging our Manufacturing and Quality accelerator, several analytics dashboards with key KPIs and KRIs were created to monitor the Batch performance in real time
- We partnered with them to define the data strategy, develop information and analytics models, and establish data governance framework to design appropriate controls
