Situation
A leading academic institute was experiencing significant growth in their data volume and wanted to digitize their preclinical study (in-vivo & ex-vivo) data. They had several students and scientists conducting studies and analyzing them with very little automation. The institute wanted to integrate their data across the study life cycle, create a harmonized repository for ongoing and completed studies, and automate their data collection and analytics capabilities
Solution
- Leveraging our solution accelerators an integrated information model and functionally oriented data products such as study metadata, dosing, protocol, treatment etc. were designed
- Developed an end-to–end, compliant, and harmonized data capability on cloud with appropriate data governance and security controls
- Several interactive dashboards were developed with near real-time data, to identify trends, outliers, statistical analysis etc.
- A self service capability providing access to raw, transformed, and integrated datasets for exploration and analysis was created
